DAMAC launches final Chelsea Residences tower after first five sell out
Sea-view apartments start from Dh2.56 million
DUBAI – DAMAC Properties has unveiled the sixth and final tower of Chelsea Residences by DAMAC in Dubai Maritime City, marking what the developer says is the last opportunity for buyers to own a home in the world’s first football-branded residential project.
The launch follows the sell-out success of the first five towers, reflecting strong demand from both investors and end-users.

The project is being developed in partnership with Chelsea Football Club and combines waterfront living with football-inspired amenities.

According to DAMAC, the project has attracted significant interest due to its branded residential concept, prime seafront location and lifestyle-focused design. The latest release, known as Tower C, offers a limited collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Prices begin at Dh2.56 million, while apartment sizes start from 827 square feet. Every residence offers uninterrupted sea views, with vistas extending across Dubai’s skyline.
Commenting on the launch, Amira Sajwani, Managing Director of DAMAC Properties, said Chelsea Residences combines an internationally recognised football brand with luxury waterfront living. She said the final tower gives investors a rare opportunity to become part of a seafront community centred on wellness, leisure and resort-style living.
Premium market
The launch comes as Dubai continues to strengthen its position in the global branded residences sector. As of 2025, the emirate leads the market, recording a 26 percent year-on-year increase in transaction volumes and a 51 percent rise in transaction value.

Branded residences in Dubai also command a substantial premium, with prices reaching up to 64 percent higher than comparable non-branded properties, according to figures cited by DAMAC.
Signature features
Chelsea Residences has been designed around football, wellness and luxury resort living. Residents will have access to the UAE’s only rooftop football pitch, a blue-sand beach inspired by Chelsea Football Club’s colours, a beach club and an Athlete Training Centre.

DAMAC said the development forms part of its wider portfolio of lifestyle communities across Dubai. The company has delivered more than 50,000 homes and expects to complete a further 8,800 residences during 2026.
